When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Manhattan, Kansas. Your order will be dispatched promptly and efficiently.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to explore options when possible.
Are your items new or used?
We offer a mix of new, pre-owned, and vintage items. Each product listing includes detailed descriptions, condition notes, and clear photos.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns due to sizing or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, we will accept a return and make it right. Please reach out immediately with photos if your item arrives in poor condition.
